Postage and Packing
|Summitreks uses Royal Mail to deliver the parcels.
|Summitreks aims to deliver your goods within 3 to 5 working days. We will notify you if there is any delay in the delivery of your order.|
|Summitreks also offers a next working day delivery service for an extra £5.00 on top of the standard delivery charge.|
|For items costing up to £24.99, Summitreks standard delivery charge is £2.95, or £7.95 next working day within the UK.|
|For items above £24.99, Summitreks standard delivery charge is £4.95 or £9.95 next working day within the UK.|
|These delivery charges relate only to the United Kingdom. The cost of postage will be advised by email for deliveries on orders placed within the European Union. For any other orders to be placed out side of the European Union please email us first about delivery.

|If Royal Mail go to the delivery address and there is nobody available to receive the parcel they will:- attempt to leave it with a neighbour leaving a card to indicate which address it has been left at or alternatively leave a card to say they called. If they are unable to deliver to the delivery address they will leave a card saying that the parcel is at the nearest local Post Office collection point to the delivery address.|
|You have 14 working days from when you receive your delivery to contact us if you are not satisfied with your goods and would like to return them.If the goods are not faulty you are liable for the organisation and cost of the return postage|
Cancelling And Returning Your Order
|In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on men's or lady's briefs or boxers. You may cancel and return all other orders to us only if you have contacted us within 14 working days of receiving your order. Please can you notify us of the returning orders either by ringing our Coniston store:- telephone number 015394 41822 or emailing us at:- email@example.com.*This does not apply to faulty goods please see below. Please note that if you decide to return your order you are liable for the return postage and the loss or damage of that order during transit.Please send your return order to:-|

|As soon as we have received your returned order and checked it is in the same condition as when it was dispatched out with the tickets attached we will re-credit your credit/debit card. We will then send out your credit/debit card receipt by post to you.
Returning Faulty Goods
| *If your goods are faulty please contact us either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at our Coniston store 015394 41822 to arrange their return and either an exchange or refund.
