How to pay

We accept all major credit and debit cards except Amex and Electron, the full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order.

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it and all orders are subject to availability.

Postage and Packing

Summitreks uses parcel force to deliver their parcels.

Summitreks aims to deliver your goods within 3 to 5 working days (we will notify you immediately if there is any delay in the delivery of your order).

We also offer a next working day delivery service for an extra £5.00 on top of the standard delivery charge.

For items costing up to £25.00, summitreks standard delivery charge is £2.95, or £7.95 next working day within mainland Britain.

For items over £25.00, summitreks standard delivery charge is £4.95 or £9.95 next working day within mainland Britain.

These delivery charges relate only to mainland Britain.

For Northern Ireland it is a standard delivery charge of £14.00 up to 30kg and will take between 3 to 5 working days.

We only deliver within the United Kingdom.

We will notify you by email when your goods have been despatched and give you a tracking number and order number for your parcel.

Use the tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel once it is despatched by going to the parcel force website www.parcelforce.com.

Delivery

If parcel force go to the delivery address and there is nobody available to receive the parcel at that address they will:- attempt to leave it with a neighbour leaving a card to indicate which address it has been left at or alternatively leave a card to say they called and re-attempt delivery the next working day. If they are unable to deliver again once they have returned to the delivery address they will leave a card saying that the parcel is at the nearest local post office collection point to the delivery address.

Returns policy

You have seven working days from when you receive your delivery to contact us if you are not satisfied with your goods and would like to return them.

If the goods are not faulty you are liable for the organisation and cost of the return postage

Cancelling And Returning Your Order

If you wish to cancel and return your order, you must return the goods to us within seven working days of receipt of the order for a refund. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on men's or lady's briefs or boxers. Please can you notify us of the returning order either by ringing our Hawkshead store on 015394 36284 or by emailing us at shop@summitreks.com. Please note that if you decide to return your order you are liable for the return postage and the loss or damage of that order during transit.

As soon as we have received your returned order and checked it is in prefect condition unused with all product tags attached, we will refund your credit card less the initial cost of postage and send out your credit card receipt by post to you.

Returning Faulty Goods

*If your goods are faulty please contact us either by email shop@summitreks.com or by telephone at our Hawkshead store 015394 36655 to arrange their return and either an exchange or refund.
