We accept all major credit and debit cards except Amex and Electron, the full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order.

Cancelling And Returning Your Order
You may cancel and return your order to us only if you have contacted us within seven working days of receiving your order. This can be done either by ringing our Hawkshead store:- telephone number 015394 36284 or emailing us at:- shop@summitreks.com.
*This does not apply to faulty goods please see below.
Please note that if you decide to return your order you are liable for the return postage and the loss or damage of that order during transit.

As soon as we have received your returned order and checked it is in the same state as when it was dispatched out we will re-credit your credit card and send out your credit card receipt by post to you.
Returning Faulty Goods
*If your goods are faulty please contact us either by email shop@summitreks.com or by telephone at our Hawkshead store 015394 36655 to arrange their return and either an exchange or refund.
