Cancelling And Returning Your Order
If you wish to cancel and return your order, you must return the goods to us within seven working days of receipt of the order for a refund. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on men's or lady's briefs or boxers. Please can you notify us of the returning order either by ringing our Hawkshead store on 015394 36284 or by emailing us at shop@summitreks.com. Please note that if you decide to return your order you are liable for the return postage and the loss or damage of that order during transit.

As soon as we have received your returned order and checked it is in perfect condition unused with all product tags attached, we will refund your credit card less the initial cost of postage and send out your credit card receipt by post to you.
Returning Faulty Goods
* If your goods are faulty please contact us either by email shop@summitreks.com or by telephone at our Hawkshead store 015394 36655 to arrange their return and either an exchange or refund.
Ordering Online
We accept all major credit and debit cards except Amex and Electron, the full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order.

We also accept cheques but your order will not be sent out until your cheque has cleared in the bank.
